Last week I had the pleasure of attending Bridal Week Harrogate, and as always, it left me feeling creatively recharged and full of new ideas.

As a wedding and fashion photographer, events like this are just perfect, not just for seeing the latest bridal trends, but for discovering new designers, meeting inspiring creatives. Capturing the movement, texture, and detail of bridalwear up close.

One of the highlights for me was photographing the in stock collection with British Bridal.  I’m always drawn to natural light, candid movement, and capturing that effortless elegance — and there’s no shortage of that at Bridal Week. Whether it was a sleek minimalist gown or a full-blown romantic silhouette, each look sparked ideas for future editorial shoots.

It’s such a stunning reminder of how fashion and bridal storytelling go hand in hand.

I also had a few chats with designers and stylists that sparked a few ideas for future shoots. It's always grounding to be around people who are passionate about what they do.

Harrogate itself was a lovely backdrop. Between the buzz of the convention centre and the calm of the town, it felt like the right setting to just pause and take it all in.
