I honestly don’t even know where to begin — Saffron was incredible. From the very first message, she was friendly, reassuring, and always just a text away. On the day itself, she somehow managed to be everywhere and nowhere all at once — brilliantly invisible, yet capturing everything. So many of our guests have commented on how lovely, calm, and professional she was, and I couldn’t agree more.
Looking back through our photos, I’m blown away by how beautifully she’s told the story of our day. Every smile, every laugh, every tiny detail — she caught it all without ever making anyone feel like they were being photographed.
I’m endlessly grateful for her talent, kindness, and the calm energy she brought to the whole day — even managing to capture the resurrection of my mum after a Berocca (following a touch of stress and dehydration!) as she helped set up the marquee and flowers. Absolute gold.

We met Saffron at a Wedding Faire, we were completely overwhelmed and Saffron was a welcome breath of fresh air. Her chill, relaxed vibes continued with each interaction, over email/phone, our pre wedding shoot and of course our wedding day.
Nik's 'go to' pose having her photo taken is a peace sign and a stuck out tongue, because if she looks silly...that's the vibe right?! But we desperately wanted to have photos of our wedding commemorating our love and capturing smiles that weren't awkward and staged, while also not being horrendous mug shots of double chins and mid-sneezes. Turns out this request is called "documentary style photography" and Saffron's a pro.
She's got the basics down: punctual, friendly, works well with others (e.g videographers, family and friends).
But most importantly, we have a gorgeous photo album balanced with romantic relaxed couple portraits, happy moments with family and friends and absolute joyous chaos from the evening. We couldn't have asked for an album that captures "us" any better!
Saffron went above and beyond on our wedding day in our eyes. She captured all the important moments of our day without us feeling like we were time bound or in a rush.
But she was also on hand with reassuring words, which meant more to the bride than she knew and we'll be forever grateful for her unknowingly being one of the biggest contributions to a very self conscious bride being able to relax and enjoy her wedding day.
We've already recommended Saffron to our friends getting married and we hope to see her again soon for some Family Portraits, which is saying a lot coming from a bride that didn't feel photogenic before meeting Saffron.
